Free limits
The service is free to use. Payments and paid plans are disabled. These limits protect the shared server from overload and apply consistently in the interface and API.
The service accepts real PDF files. Documents are processed in a temporary session with the free limits and automatic deletion described below.
What is available in one guest session
| Resource | Free limit | What to do when the limit is reached |
|---|---|---|
| One PDF | Up to 25 MB and 200 pages | Reduce the file size or split the document. |
| Concurrent processing | 1 job per session | Wait for the result or cancel the current job. |
| Operations per day | 20 | Try again after 00:00 UTC. |
| OCR per day | 20 pages when OCR is enabled | OCR is currently disabled; this limit does not enable the feature. |
| Temporary storage | 75 MB per session | Download what you need and delete unnecessary documents or results. |
| Results | 10 files per session | Delete unnecessary results before another operation. |
| Guest session lifetime | 15 minutes of inactivity, 2 hours maximum | Download the result before the session expires. |
How the daily limit is calculated
Usage is counted using the session and a protected network identifier that changes daily. The original IP address is not stored as the quota identifier. Repeating the same request does not consume the operation twice.
What happens during overload
The operator is warned first. Heavy operations such as OCR, conversion and security tools may then be paused temporarily. New uploads stop when the queue is full. Cancellation, deletion, cleanup and downloading completed results remain available.
Why can't I pay to remove a limit?
Billing is disabled, so the service does not offer payments or store payment details. If an operation is temporarily unavailable, wait until the stated time or free up temporary storage. If the status appears incorrect, contact support.
